Can we Never Attack?

Don’t people have a right to respond in kind to violent attack? 

Unfortunately, around the world there are individuals and groups suffering terrible abuse at the hands of seemingly unrestrained oppressors. 

CIVIL-ISATION claims no right and has no wish to dictate how others behave. Sometimes a violent response is unavoidable and a matter of individual conscience.

Our simple premise is that we all need to acknowledge how ‘violence begets violence’ and that ultimately violence is not a helpful tool for resolving disputes in the place of dialogue and reconciliation.
